The Panadura South Police have discovered the body of a man, whose hands and legs were tied, on the Panadura-Colombo Old Road this morning (March 03). The deceased has been identified as a 37-year-old resident of Gnanasena Mawatha, Panadura North. Further details have not yet been revealed regarding the circumstances of the murder, and further investigations are underway.
