Body of female washes up on Koralawella beach

The dead body of a female had washed ashore on the beach along Jubilee Road, Koralawella in Moratuwa. Police said the body was discovered following a tip-off received by the Moratuwa Police Station. The deceased has been identified as a 34-year-old resident of the Koralawella area in Moratuwa. Investigations have been launched to determine whether the death is a homicide. Accordingly, 03 women who had allegedly been involved in a personal dispute with the victim have been arrested. Further investigations are underway.
