Date set for Keheliya’s illicit assets trial

The Colombo High Court has fixed the trial for the illicit assets case against former Health Minister Keheliya Rambukwella and his family members, for April 27. The case, filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations on Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC), indicts the former Minister, his wife, three daughters, and son-in-law on charges of illegally acquiring assets valued at over Rs. 97 million.
