Dinghy suspected of carrying narcotics taken into naval custody

A dinghy suspected of transporting narcotics has been taken into the custody of the Navy in waters off Mannar. It is reported that two individuals who were on board the vessel have also been taken into naval custody. Two sacks suspected to contain narcotics were reportedly discovered on the dinghy. The Navy states that the boat and the suspects are currently being brought ashore.
