Foreign tourist killed in elephant attack

Police say a Hungarian national has died after being attacked by a wild elephant in the Pidurangala area of Sigiriya. The 64-year-old foreign visitor was walking with his wife when he was attacked by the wild elephant. Hospital sources reported that he was already dead when he was admitted to the Sigiriya Hospital in a critical condition following the elephant attack.
