The Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) has announced that I.C.A.N Advertising (Pvt) Ltd and its affiliates icanonlineadvertising.com / bannercuts.com / bannercuts.lk / bannercuts.net / bannercuts.org” has engaged, conducted and promoted a prohibited scheme.
