Litro Gas prices increased

Litro Gas Lanka Limited has announced that the prices of domestic LP gas cylinders have been increased with effect from midnight yesterday (March 10). Accordingly, the price of a 12.5 kg cylinder has been increased by Rs. 300, bringing the new price to Rs. 3,990. The price of the 5 kg cylinder has been raised by Rs. 120, with the new retail price set at Rs. 1,602. Meanwhile, the price of the 2.3 kg cylinder has been increased by Rs. 56, bringing the new price to Rs. 750. The company stated that the revision was made following a review of the minimum possible price adjustments due to rising gas prices in the global market. It also noted that this marks the first price revision since August 2024.
