The Ministry of Digital Economy has announced the launch of a dedicated support service to address technical issues and registration difficulties faced by users of the National Fuel Pass system. The service provides immediate assistance for problems encountered during registration or while using the system. Users are advised to contact support via WhatsApp at 076 019 1919. The Ministry stated that the service will offer technical guidance, assistance, and a channel to report fraudulent activity or misuse of the system. The public is also advised to register only through the official government-approved website: https://fuelpass.gov.lk/
