The special ward at Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital, previously reserved exclusively for the Executive President, has been opened to the public from today (24) to provide medical treatment to general patients.Geographic Reference This decision was jointly made by the Ministry of Health and the hospital administration, following instructions from President Anura Kumara Dissanayake. The move aligns with the Government’s policy of making better use of public assets and resources to meet the healthcare needs of the people.
