SL Coast Guard releases over 62,000 turtle hatchlings in 2025 (Pics)

The Sri Lanka Coast Guard Turtle Conservation Project has released over 62,000 Turtle hatchlings in the year 2025. In 2025 alone, they have released 62,352 Turtle hatchlings from 14 locations around the country which are manned by the Coast Guard personnel under the Turtle Conservation Project. Since the commencement of the Turtle Conservation Project in 2016, the Sri Lanka Coast Guard has released over 191,000 turtle hatchlings. (Pics : Sri Lanka Coast Guard)
