Sri Lanka seeks petroleum products from India

India’s Ministry of External Affairs states that Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and the Maldives have requested petroleum products from India. Spokesperson for the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, Randhir Jaiswal, said that the matter is currently under review. He also pointed out that India is a major exporter of refined petroleum products to neighbouring countries.
