Tuition classes banned on Wednesdays

Commissioner General of Essential Services – Prabath Chandrakeerthi, has announced that tuition classes will also be prohibited on Wednesdays. This decision follows the Government’s earlier move to declare all Wednesdays as holidays for government schools in view of the fuel shortage. Accordingly, Wednesdays have been designated as a weekly holiday for all government institutions, including courts, schools, and universities.
